FCCC INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

Registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Camera Club Council (FCCC) and its successors or assigns, directors, officers, volunteers, and employees (hereinafter "FCCC") and hereby releases FCCC from any and all damages, liabilities, claims, expenses or losses resulting from or arising out of the registrant's participation in any council activity(ies), including claims related to the exposure to contagious viruses such as the coronavirus.

FCCC PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

Registrant agrees allow themselves to be photographed during any part of this conference, and for their likeness to be used for future marketing of FCCC events
