DPI-SIG INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DPI-SIG Naples Digital Photography Club, Inc. and its successors or assigns, directors, officers, volunteers, and employees (hereinafter “DPI-SIG”) and hereby releases DPI-SIG from any and all damages, liabilities, claims, expenses or losses resulting from or arising out of the member’s participation in any club activity(ies), including claims related to the exposure to contagious viruses such as the coronavirus.

The member understands and acknowledges that by using the facilities and participating in club activities the member is assuming any and all risks associated with these activities, including potential exposure to a contagious virus.
