Where To Shoot

Hello and welcome to this guide to finding locations for capturing the variety, beauty and wildlife of Florida.

As well as having glorious coastal vistas, sunsets, beaches, city life, and old-Florida charm, we are blessed with one of the most unique geographic areas in the country, the Florida Everglades.  No doubt we live in a photographer’s paradise.

Unlike organized group outings, this site is intended to be used as a reference for finding locations for rich photographic experiences, that you may wish to visit solo or with a friend.  If you find a location you think should be included, please contact Deborah Law at deblaw@gmail.com. Locations are grouped within approximate driving time of Naples, alphabetically.

As well, here is a link to the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail, a network of 510 premier wildlife viewing sites across the state.  “When you want to know where to go in Florida to see native birds, butterflies and more, head for the trail.”  http://floridabirdingtrail.com/
