Three Easy Steps
1. Title your digital photos (jpg images only up to 4 images)

NOTE: JPG is the only type of digital image that is acceptable (not BMP, GIF, TIFF, etc.)
Place a space between each word, all CAPITAL letters for title, and type in “.jpg” extension
each photo (01, 02, etc.), and type in “.jpg” extension
Ex. NATURE TULIPS by John Doe.jpg

2. Resize your photos (using your photo editor or similar software)

Using the photo editor* that’s installed on your computer, complete the following for each photo:
- Resize the image to 1024 pixels x 768 pixels
- Horizontal side no larger than 1024 pixels and vertical side no larger than 768 pixels
- No adjustment of DPI (dots per inch) resolution of photos necessary
NOTE: Each properly resized image will be approximately 1/2 MB (megabyte)
* Examples are: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Elements, Adobe Lightroom, Faststone Image Viewer, etc

3. E-mail you photos ( send all in one e-mail)
