GPLO – Gordon River Greenway Preserve

The Gordon River Greenway will stretch two miles from Golden Gate Parkway to  Central Avenue when completed. At present, it runs from Golden Gate Parkway to the airport. It features winding pathways and a boardwalk for pedestrians, bikers and dog walkers, weaving among the mangroves and other native plants.  Depending on the season, a rich variety of bird and animal life can be seen including anhingas, cormorants, great egrets, herons, spoonbills, pelicans, osprey, hawks and song birds.

Open 6:30 am – 10 pm, 7 days a week. Parking available at 1596 Golden Gate Parkway, east of Goodlette-Frank Rd. and at 1590 Goodlette-Frank Rd. This parking lot is at the eastern end of the Naples Zoo Parking lot.
